Rachelle always keeps the needs of students and staff central when creating projects, and finds the moments when students and teachers see their new spaces for the first time her most rewarding. To bring those moments to communities, Rachelle emphasizes listening, working collaboratively and finding creative solutions in her work and in the firm’s culture.
