Pam is frk’s “first impression” either on the phone or in person for most clients, and her welcoming personality and professional demeanor set the gold standard for client relations at frk. After sixteen years at frk as an administrative assistant, Pam is deeply knowledgeable about everything we do and is a key contributor to our culture of putting the client first.
